Quick help with Geberit Home – app-based remote maintenance
Geberit remote maintenance is quick and convenient in the event of problems. This means Geberit is never far away when you need help with your Geberit AquaClean shower toilet.
Here’s how Geberit remote maintenance works
1. Install the Geberit Home app on your smartphone
2. Connect the Geberit AquaClean shower toilet to the Geberit Home app via Bluetooth®
3. Call Geberit customer service
4. Start remote maintenance in the Geberit Home app and follow the instructions provided by Geberit customer service
Decide when Geberit can access your shower toilet
Geberit customer service only has access to your device while remote maintenance is active. You as the customer have control over starting and stopping the remote maintenance. Geberit cannot access the device without your consent. You must provide this consent again for each remote maintenance session.
For well-being in the bathroom – with Geberit Monolith Plus
Geberit Home allows you to control all functions of the Geberit Monolith Plus:
- Determine the flush volume from four to six litres for the full flush volume depending on how you want to set your water consumption
- Adjust the lighting mood continuously from orientation light to daylight
- Select the light colour on a continuous scale from warm white to cool white
- Determine the intensity and run-on time of the odour extraction to prevent unpleasant odours
- Define schedules to optimally adapt the behaviour of the light and odour extraction to suit the time of day or night
- Set the interval flush to ensure regular flushing, even if the bathroom is not used for extended periods
